DEPOSIT PAYMENT:
The amount and due date for the cruise bookings' deposits depend on the respective booking and cruise line's policy. Some bookings may require full payment. Our Cruise Consultant shall confirm the amount and deadline with you.
FINAL PAYMENT:
The final payment due date is stated in the invoice. The booking will not be confirmed until full payment is received by the due date and confirmed by Incruising Travel Asia Ltd. 意中遊有限公司; or otherwise, the package will automatically be cancelled. Cancellation fees will be applied as listed in "Cancellation Policy" below. Please Note that all taxes and fuel surcharge are subject to change even full payment is received.
Travellers must obtain receipts with levy stamps to have protection by the Travel Industry Compensation Fund. 旅客必須取得印花收據，方可獲得『旅遊業賠償基金』保障。
*For ALL Overseas Bank Wire Transfer and/or transactions settled in currencies besides HK Dollars, an additional administration fee of HKD 200 per transaction will be charged.
*Taxes, port fees and prepaid gratuities are collected on behalf of the cruise liners/ flight carriers, passengers are required to settle any amount under-collected according to supplier’s adjustment, if any.
AMENDMENT CHANGES:
Passenger Names - The spelling of the names on your invoice must match your Passport that will be utilized when traveling. It is the passengers’ full responsibility to confirm the correctness of the name and incur the relevant name change charge.
Please note any name change on the booking after deposit and full payment are amount to cancellation and any inaccurate information is subject to cancellation fees.
Please be reminded that for bookings with promotional cruise fares, flights tickets and packages, they are non-amendable, non- endorsable, non-reroutable and non-refundable after confirmation.
In addition to cruise line and travel supplier, i.e. Hotel/Flight Carrier/Transfer provider, amendment charges, Incruising Travel Asia Ltd. 意中遊有限公司 will charge a minimum fee of HK$250 per person per change.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event of cancellation, the deposit paid is non- refundable.
In the event of cancellation after full payment, Incruising Travel Asia Ltd. 意中遊有限公司 shall apply a minimum cancellation fee of HK$ 500 per person on any component, in addition to any cruise line, airline, hotel, transfers, land operators' or other providers' cancellation penalties.
Please be reminded that for bookings with promotional cruise fares, flight tickets and packages, they are non-refundable after being confirmed; and 100% cancellation charges will be applied.
Shall there be any cancellations from cruise lines or chartered sailings due to any reasons, Incruising Travel Asia Ltd. 意中遊有限公司 shall apply an administrative fee of HKD 250 per person.

VISA REQUIREMENT: Please ensure that you are fully aware of all PASSPORT and VISA requirements for your destinations and that you allow adequate time to obtain them. Please check with the respective consulates of the destinations. Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months after the return date. It is the passengers’ responsibility to obtain valid visa, documents and passport entering the destinations. Hong Kong Residents should have a valid Home Return Permit(回鄉證) travelling to Mainland China. Incruising Travel Asia Ltd. 意中遊有限公司 and cruise liners cannot be held responsible for any passport or visas invalidity or any associate costs.
SCHEDULE CHANGES: Airlines, cruise lines, tour and transfers providers reserve the right to cancel or change schedules and/or port of calls without prior notice or liability. Incruising Travel Asia Ltd. 意中遊有限公司 cannot be held responsible for any schedule changes.
SAFETY: For passenger safety, airlines, cruise lines, tour and transfers providers reserve the right to change flight/cruises/tour/transfers schedules without notice or liability in the event of bad weather, mechanical problems or force majeure. Incruising Travel Asia Ltd. 意中遊有限公司 cannot be held responsible for any schedule changes.
FLIGHT TICKETS: Tickets are non-endorsable, non-reroutable and non-refundable once issued. Admin fee of HKD 30 per air ticket for collecting surcharges, taxes or other charges on behalf of airlines or the government is included in the above column of “Airport tax & Fuel Surcharge” if applicable.
PRE-SELECTED CABIN: Pre-selected Cabin is subject to change by the cruise line without prior notice. Cruise lines reserve the right to change the cabin allocated to you at any time at their discretion. If you have booked a cabin on a "GUARANTEE" (GTY/GTD) basis, this means you will be allocated any cabin in the grade booked (where specified) or higher. You will normally receive a specific cabin number when the cruise tickets are issued or at the latest, when you board the ship.
DINING ARRANGEMENTS: Your meal sitting & table size (where specified) have been requested. Please be aware that these are on "a request basis" and not guaranteed. However, the cruise line will do all they can to accommodate every request.
BABIES AND PREGNANCY/AGE: If you are pregnant, we recommend you to travel with a certificate of health from your doctor, as most airlines and cruise lines will not permit boarding unless such a letter can be produced. For most cruise lines, pregnancy over 24 weeks and babies younger than 6 months will not be accepted. The minimum age requirement for cruise varies among cruise liners. The minimum age to sail unaccompanied is twenty one (21). Otherwise, passengers age below 21 must be accompanied by another passenger who is 21 or older in the same stateroom.
FREQUENT FLYER MEMERSHIPS: We suggest you to contact the relevant airline for advice on their programs. If you are an existing member, please ensure on check- in at the airport that your number has been registered and that the relevant airfare or partner airlines allow points to your scheme and Incruising Travel Asia Ltd. 意中遊有限公司 cannot be held responsible for any lost points.
VACCINATION: We advise you to contact your own doctor in regards to any vaccinations you may be required. Some destinations require vaccinations in order to enter. Please check in advance.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel Insurance is highly recommended. Please arrange with your preferred insurance provider before departure.
CONTRACT / LIABILITY: All bookings accepted by Incruising Travel Asia Ltd. 意中遊有限公司 and arrangements made are subject to the booking conditions imposed by the principals. The principals are the cruise operators, airlines and any other supplier. Your contract is with the principals defined above. All tickets, vouchers and coupons are issued by Incruising Travel Asia Ltd. 意中遊有限公司 in their capacity as Retail Travel Agents, upon the express condition that Incruising Travel Asia Ltd. 意中遊有限公司 is not liable to any passenger for loss, damage, delay, injury, death, cancellation, or any additional expense, suffered by any passenger whatsoever, or circumstances beyond the control of Incruising Travel Asia Ltd. 意中遊有限公司 , such as non-approval of visas, loss of travel documentation, strike, severe weather condition, typhoon, political unrest, technical problems to transport, overbooking of hotels or cancellation/schedule changes/delay of flight/cruise or overbooking of flight/cruise. Incruising Travel Asia Ltd. 意中遊有限公司 shall not be liable for any negligence or faults of duty staff not employed by Incruising Travel Asia Ltd. 意中遊有限公司 . The total liability of Incruising Travel Asia Ltd. 意中遊有限公司 shall not exceed the total payment received from the client in respect of any booking. Incruising Travel Asia Ltd. 意中遊有限公司 reserves the right to correct clerical errors on the invoice, including but not limited to taxes, government fees, air and cruise charges, and miscellaneous costs any time up to commencement of travel. All final decisions and terms & conditions based on Incruising Travel Asia Ltd. 意中遊有限公司's and suppliers' conditions. In the event of any dispute, Incruising Travel Asia Ltd. 意中遊有限公司 reserves the right of final arbitration/decisions.
